This solution enables the plant to track all logistics related to the packing process, including bag serial numbers assigned to pallets and reason codes for any missing bags.

It ensures operators complete required quality checks, such as testing metal detectors. To continue packing, employees must scan a 2D barcode, which automatically reports to the tracking software, eliminating manual entry. Cameras and timestamps provide additional verification, giving managers confidence that tasks were properly executed.

The solution demonstrates management of four product lines at this station; however, as a networked application, it can support an unlimited number of product lines across multiple terminals.
