BioDryAir Grain Dryer
Triple Green’s BioDryAir grain dryer offers a smarter, more sustainable way to dry your harvest. Unlike conventional systems that rely on propane or natural gas—which add moisture when burned—the BioDryAir uses biomass fuels like crop residue, straw, or wood pellets to generate very dry, hot air. This drier heat is far more efficient, allowing the system to cut fuel costs by as much as 90% while increasing the throughput of your existing dryer.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with cross-flow or tower dryers, the BioDryAir connects via ducting and is fed fuel through a hopper and auger system, using technology familiar in agriculture. Thanks to its full automation, you can control and monitor the system from your smartphone, and it even coordinates with your dryer to deliver the right temperature and airflow.
This system isn’t experimental — Triple Green has more than 25 years of experience burning biomass in industrial settings, and similar units have been used successfully in the mining sector for over a decade. BioDryAir units come in a range of capacities, from 3 million to 20 million BTU, and if you need even more power, multiple units can be combined.
By switching to biomass, you not only slash energy costs but also reduce greenhouse gas impact. The system allows you to harvest earlier—helpful in regions with unpredictable fall weather—and gives you independence from volatile fossil fuel prices.
