Technology Assessment & Adoption Diagnostic (TAAD)
Technology Assessment & Adoption Diagnostic (TAAD) is a structured approach designed to help
organizations systematically evaluate new technologies and determine their potential impacts and
benefits. This assessment and diagnostic will guide participants through the basics of the TAAD tool,
enabling them to make informed decisions about technology adoption that align with their strategic
goals.
With the aid of a qualified CME LEAN Facilitator, this tool will enable participants to create effective
systems for reviewing and prioritizing technological improvements within their organizations. The aim
is to build the necessary skills to conduct comprehensive technology assessments, thereby minimizing
risks and maximizing the benefits of new technology adoption. By completion, attendees will be
equipped to integrate technological improvements seamlessly into their business processes and align
technology options with their company’s strategic objectives.
For registered Made in Manitoba member companies, TAAD is available to your organization free of cost until June 30th, 2026.
