Fyk Soba Inc

Fyk Soba Inc. was incorporated in Manitoba by Don and Ben Fyk in 2009. Fyk Soba supplies the production of premium buckwheat used in the creation of Japanese Soba noodles. Most of the varieties developed in Canada were done so primarily for the Japanese Soba noodle market. Moving forward, we have expanded into the Canadian market and have built a processing facility in Ethelbert, Manitoba.

We produce buckwheat groats in whole, broken, and roasted varieties along with various flours from buckwheat. We do not handle any other products to prevent cross-contamination.
