AMT Robotics Inc.

AMT Robotics is a Manitoba-based engineering and manufacturing company specializing in automation systems for the prefabricated wood wall-panel industry. We design, manufacture, and support high-efficiency robotic equipment that improves throughput, accuracy, and labour productivity for building-component manufacturers.
Our core competencies include mechanical design, control systems, software development, and material-handling automation. We provide modular, scalable production-line equipment specifically engineered for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and industrialized building.

AMT Robotics produces a complete line of wall-panel automation equipment:

• XS Sheathing/Nailing Bridge – a dual-purpose automated system for sheathing installation, precise and consistent fastening, coil-fed nails, automated height sensing, and optional routing
• XQ Squaring Table – precision alignment table for rapid squaring of wall panels
• XF Framing Table – automated framing table that improves assembly speed and consistency
• XR Rough Opening Table – specialized system for quickly and accurately constructing window and door openings
• Integrated conveyors and material-handling automation for full production-line flow
• Engineering services, including production-line design and factory layout optimization
• Installation, commissioning, operator training, and after-sales support

All systems are engineered and manufactured in Manitoba and optimized for North America’s growing prefab markets.
