My name is Tia Fleming, I am a member of Minegoziibe Anishinaabe First Nation, and reside in my community Winnipegosis mb with my 3 sons. I am launching my indigenous catering business, that will highlight menus of comfort & traditional indigenous foods. I am also currently doing Research & development on a sweetgrass extract as well as a line of medicine infused sauces and jams and other land based ingredients.
